Doctors Certified in Workers Compensation

Dr. Henry E. Rice and Dr. Ferzaan ADr. Henry E. Rice and Dr. Ferzaan A. Ali recently participated in a Workers' Compensation and Industrial  Consulting Certification course. This seminar was sponsored by the North Carolina Chiropractic Association and Integrated-ActivHealthCare (I-AHC) in an effort to create a select group of physicians throughout the state to be certified in Workers' Compensation cases. Carlisle Chiropractic would like to commend Dr.Rice and Dr.Ali in their continued effort in staying current on effective case management, existing laws, and recent legislation that affect workers in North Carolina's growing industrial economy.

State of the Art Spinal Traction Decompression Unit Brought in from England

Carlisle Chiropractic Clinic have continued their strive of excellence and being on the cutting edge of chiropractic care by recently adding a Spinal Traction-Decompression Therapy Unit engineered in England. The spinal traction-decompression unit is a non-surgical, comfortable therapy for the relief of back and leg pain, or neck and arm pain. During this procedure, by cycling through distraction & relaxation phases and by proper positioning of the traction bed, a spinal disc can be isolated and placed under negative pressure, causing a vacuum effect within it. The therapy unit is designed to unload the spinal disc. Any back or neck pain caused in whole or in part by a damaged disc may be helped by traction-decompression therapy. These conditions include herniated, protruding or bulging discs, spinal stenosis, sciatica or radiculopathy (pinched nerves).
